Entrée
A platter of cold cooked prawns, fresh oysters and smoked salmon with house made dips and bread to share.

Mains (choice of one of the following)
Risotto of chicken, pea, asparagus, goats cheese and torn mint GF - (V ASK)
Eye Fillet cooked to your liking with chive mash, broccolini, sweet potato gaufrettes and house jus` GF
Grilled barramundi on potato fondant, fennel fronds, shaved fennel, cherry tomato, salsa verde and tomato consume GF

Dessert (sharing plate of all three)
Mandarin panna cotta with Persian fairy floss, freeze dried mandarin segments and mint
Lemon tart with clotted cream
Chocolate sponge, vanilla anglaise and toasted coconut
